Kids Multi is a chewable, berry-flavoured multivitamin for kids. It contains 29 vitamins, minerals and nutrients important for children, including calcium and magnesium, to support healthy growth and development. The nutrients used are high quality, activated & bioavailable. Reasons I love this: I love that this multivitamin uses quality forms of nutrients such as methylated B12 and folate, and M-7 vitamin K2 (just to name a few!).
